Ah Wang makes me frustrated most of the time!!! Because of Ah Wang the traffic at the main Old Klang road slows down. Diners slowed down to look for parking and this causes jam at Batu 4 1/2 of Old Klang Road. Out of curiosity, I decided to find out what is so special about Ah Wang since he is so much on demand now!

This is the dish that impressed me! Don't ask me what fish is this, I asked the waitresses there and they were mumbling! Since I asked 3 different waitresses...am a bit shy after that...hahahahaha! According the waitress, different flavor of steamed fish head is prepared by different chef. The most popular one would be their Steamed Fish Head with black bean paste but their chef is not working today. So, we ordered the steamed fish head with ginger (medium size) which is also a preferred flavors of diners.
When the steamed fish head is served, we were surprised with the size of the fish head. It's about 1 foot in length and 5-6 inches width. The pounded ginger absorbs well into the fish and it tasted fresh and delicious!
If you happen to pass by Old Klang Road and notice that the traffic slows down, it must be Ah Wang! Do stop by ya!!..I prefer the steamed fish head rather than their Bak Kut Teh, but some find it tasty too. Well, again...it always depends on our own tastebud. Bye bye Ah Wang! See you!
