I was telling Jessie that I went to Cat Whiskers in SS 15 for a dress, but it's out of stock. Jessie replied "Always go shop alone, didn't invite me." I replied "Sorry...I thought you might not be interested. We go tonight? To the outlet at Damansara Perdana and then we go for dinner?" ON!!
After shopping we strolled down The Place, a corporate building opposite Cat Whiskers, to find a place for dining. There are a few casual dining outlets in that building and we decided to have our dinner at Umai-ya since it is the only restaurant which somehow almost full house.

Chicken Teppanyaki Bento Set- We both ordered the same set since both of us no really in a mood for sushi that day. The set comes with a tasty miso soup, a salad, and a weird side dish which I think ( if I am not mistaken) mashed/canned salmon fish and 2 pieces of fruits. A pickle was served with the rice enhancing the presentation of the Chicken Teppanyaki Bento Set. The Chicken teppanyaki tasted just like the common teppanyaki we can find in any Jappanese Restaurant. Not that it is not nice..........but just normal. Perhaps we should also try their sushi and other side orders as it looks so tempting.

Well, we both enjoyed our dinner hereThe next day, while I was browsing for a venue for our company staff party, I came across Umai-ya 's review and it's seems to be in the list of recommended Japanese Restaurant. Well, why not give it a try!
