If you are a fan of Ban Mian (board noodles), then you should try this Kung Fu smooth Ban Mian vendored by Hong Cha Gun.
Skills are needed to prepare great tasting food , to prepare the dough for board noodles is not easy especially to produce noodles with perfect texture and tenderness and I guess that is the reason why Hong Cha Gun is famous with their hand pulled smooth Ban Mian! Hong Cha Gun was recomended in foodjourney.com.my quite sometime ago and I was there last week for a quick and yet satisfying brunch.
Ban Mian Soup served with vegetables, anchovies and minced pork with delicious, tasty ikan bilis soup
Sliced calamansi limes are kept in a seperate container for you to mix it up with the chilli paste for a more flavouful taste. Besides Kung Fu Ban Mian, they do have side dishes like otak-otak, meat balls and pandan chicken but I did not try their side dishes as it is too early to be too full..... Ban Mian are priced at RM 4.50 for the small serving and RM 5.50 for a large bowl. What a satisfying brunch!
