Nasi lemak, a popular dish in Malaysia. Fragantly cooked rice with coconut milk and pandan leaves. The rice were served with rendang chicken, deep fried fish, asam prawns and the most important is the spicy sambal belacan. A real satisfying plate of Nasi Lemak!
It's commonly known as Prawn Noodles in Malaysia except in Kedah and Pulau Penang, it is known as Hokkien Noodles. The noodles dish tasted good with perfect combination of pork and shrimp broth! Topped with pork, shrimps, bean sprouts,fried shallots and best eaten with pan roasted chilli sauce. Look at my egg yolk! It's a twins.
It's a dish served with boiled cuttle fish, jelly fish and kangkong topped with sweet and spicy sauce and crushed peanuts. The sauce used is different from Malacca style but tasted good too.
