~ FOODS in MALACCA~

My unplanned trip back to hometown was a bit rushy and tiring....but I am happy! Very happy! I don't know what is going to happen next, but I am just an ordinary lady/daughter who wants a perfect family gathering. It has been about 1/2 year I didn't go back hometown. I miss everyone and everything in Malacca so much!

Well, although time is restricted, I managed to visit few places for foods I longed for.........

Hee Kiaw mee @ Jalan Tun Sri Lanang, along the road to Grand Continental Hotel (night only)

My favorite Mee Hun Kueh @ Restoran OUB, Bandar Hilir. Mee Hun Kueh is known as Pan Mee in KL ~

It has been years since I had this ginger brown sugar Dao Fu Fa@ Bukit China

Chicken Rice Balls @ Farmosa Chicken Rice Ball, Jonker Street. Very often folks in Malacca will recommend the Hainanse Chicken Rice Ball opposite the OCBC Bank. But, I ,myself prefer Farmosa Chicken Rice Ball as I think this place is more hygienic. Taste is almost the same and the rice here are not that sticky.

That's about it. There are alotsssssssssssssss more foods I miss in Malacca, like midnight ikan pari, ikan bakar, duck noodles, Taiwanese noodles ie Pork Rib Noodles, Wan Tan Mee, Oyster Omellete, Oyster Noodles, Mille Crepe,green tea coffee........
